How do I place an order without using a credit card?
Personal checks, accompanied by an order, can be mailed to us and qualified accounts are eligible for corporate billing. Click here to search for mailing address information or to speak with a representative about corporate billing at the AMS location nearest you.

Can I place an order with just a Purchase Order (PO) number?
Corporate accounts can place an order with a PO. Before placing your initial order with a PO, contact your local AMS division to set up a corporate account profile.

How do I make a return?
Contact the AMS division nearest you and describe the problem with your order. After speaking with a representative, simply ship back the item(s) for credit or a full refund.

How do I check previous orders?
Within your private account area online, you can view past orders and easily reorder the item. Since most items are shipped within two days, delivery tracking is rarely an issue - but we can provide you with a tracking number upon request. Simply contact the AMS division nearest you for more information.

What is the fax number for faxing orders?
Click here to view the fax numbers of the division in your area. Be sure to provide contact information on the fax, so we can get back to you with any questions.

What is your guarantee?
We offer a 100% quality assurance and customer satisfaction guarantee that states, if the product is defective or you are unsatisfied with your item in any way, we'll refund your money or replace the item. It's a simple, straightforward policy.

Who pays for shipping?
Each order displays the shipping charges, which are paid by the customer. Standard shipping is via UPS ground delivery, so your order can be tracked, if necessary. Alternative shipping methods are available.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive after ordering online?
Traditional hand stamps and Self-inking stamps are shipped the same day if the order is received by 10:30 AM EST. Pre-inked stamps are shipped within one week (usually in 2-3 days) from the time the order is placed. Embossing seals are shipped within 7-10 days. Delivery times, on all other products such as signs, badges and plaques, will be quoted on a job by job basis.
